Refund time: Within 7 days after receiving and inspecting your return
Shipping costs for returns: Paid by the customer

Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@niraandco.com with your order details and reason for return. Please ensure that the items are unused and unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Return Process

1. Please contact us first
   Send an email to info@niraandco.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

2. Follow the instructions
   Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3. Pack it well
   Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.

4. Return costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchange
Changed your mind and would like a different item? No problem. Contact us at info@niraandco.com and let us know what you’d like to exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@niraandco.com. Please note: cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’re happy to help. Take clear photos of the issue and email them to info@niraandco.com. We’ll make sure the issue is resolved with a replacement or the correct item.
